In Typography Typefaces sention inside Appearance -> Customize -> Fonts & Typography you can select what typography fonts would be used along the site.

In the Basic Typography section inside Appearance -> Customize -> Fonts Typography you can indicate the sizes used to display the fonts in the main elements in the site.
